Manhard Consulting opened more than 25 years ago in their previous Vernon Hills location, which also housed their predecessor, Donald Manhard Associates. The move was spurred by the need for a more collaborative environment for the firm’s teams. The efficient layout of the space along with the many amenities available in the building are consistent with the meaningful experience the firm wanted to create for its staff.
One Overlook Point recently finished construction on a new amenity center, as well as refurbishing its existing multi-story building entrance. One Overlook Point’s new corporate amenities include a café, Wi-Fi lounge, outdoor amphitheater, lakeside eating area/patio, outdoor fire pit, conference facility, fitness center and bike room.
