The Village of Lincolnshire recently revised its code requirements for signs at commercial and industrial buildings. In response to concerns raised by the local business community, modifications included an extension of the “grandfathering” provisions for existing signs and clarification of landscaping requirements. We at Van Vlissingen and Co. pride ourselves on working with the village to continue to mold a happy and productive community for the betterment of the citizens and businesses of Lincolnshire. A summary of the new requirements can be found at the on the Village of Lincolnshire’s website.
