This continues a strong industrial space leasing track record for Van Vlissingen in the Corporate Woods. They were represented in the transaction by Terry O’Hara of Lee & Associates. In addition, USG Corporation leased 17,868 sq. ft. at 854-958 Corporate Woods Parkway. They were represented by David Stefancic of Equis. The building’s ownership was represented by Nicholas Panarese of Van Vlissingen and Co.
