Office Amenities Improve at 1 Overlook Point

We are known for our award-winning projects, and for innovative improvements to suburban office space in Chicagoland. As the first office space developer in Lincolnshire, we have always been pioneers. Leading the way in south Lake County, Van Vlissingen and Co. is proud to continue to innovate. This spring, Van Vlissingen and Co. completed their multi-million-dollar renovation of 1 Overlook Point’s office amenities.

1 Overlook was built to maximize natural light, scenic lake views, natural open spaces, and the surrounding community. Lincolnshire Corporate Center is located near public transit connections, dining, shopping, and two hotels. The floor plans are designed to amplify natural light, provides for 16 corner offices per floor, and include a dual power feed with automatic transfer switch ensuring a consistent power supply. To reduce costs and increase flexibility 1 Overlook Point uses individual HVAC units on a per floor per wing basis. Moreover, besides the flexibility of heating and cooling, the Van Vlissingen team provides flexible private in building storage. For those requiring it, 1 overlook also provides a dedicated freight elevator and interior loading docks.

Premium Office Amenities

To modernize 1 Overlook we invested in our office amenities and are committed to the long-term economic success of Lake County. Looking to maximize workforce recruitment and productivity 1 Overlook now features hot fresh made-to-order lakeside dining, an outdoor fire pit, premium conference facilities, and a fitness center with scenic views. Moreover, we added an additional alternative communal space for relaxation, a Wi-Fi lounge, and a game room to 1 Overlook. Our goal is to keep workers happier, at work longer, and more productive.
