Lincolnshire, IL – Van Vlissingen and Co., the developers and managers of Lincolnshire Corporate Center, has been awarded the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Silver certification for its office building at 300 Tower Parkway in Lincolnshire Corporate Center, Lincolnshire, Illinois.

The five-story, 175,545 square foot Class A office headquarters building located in Lincolnshire, Illinois is currently being offered for lease with occupancy available in the third quarter of 2013.
Some of the sustainable and eco-friendly features of the building include a highly efficient HVAC system, MERV 13 air filtration and regular air quality testing of the indoor environment, an innovative irrigation system utilizing storm water runoff, water efficient plumbing fixtures, T-8 lighting, comprehensive recycling programs and high performance green cleaning programs. Also, environmentally friendly landscaping and pest control policies have been implemented campus-wide.
