Jump!Zone, a children’s party and play center has leased 12,723 sq. ft. of industrial warehouse space in The Corporate Grove at 1465 Busch Parkway. The facility has eight inflatables including bounce houses, playlands, giant slides and obstacle courses. Jump!Zone will organize and execute all phases of birthday parties for kids of all ages. Also offered are Open Play times when parents can bring in their children for supervised play while they take advantage of the flat panel TV’s and WiFi in the lounge. Jump!Zone was represented by David Keady of HAS Commercial, Inc. The building’s owner was represented by Nick Panarese of Van Vlissingen and Co.
