Excel Plumbing Opens Location at 661 Glenn Avenue Wheeling, Illinois

Excel Plumbing has purchased the 18,091 square foot 661 Glenn Avenue industrial building in Wheeling Illinois and has relocated a facility there in addition to its Deerfield, Northbrook, and Buffalo Grove locations.  The new location in the free-standing office/flex industrial building enables Excel to expand its space as well as increase its storage.

Excel offers a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing services, covering the whole process – from sales of plumbing parts and fixtures through installation and remodeling to maintenance and repair of all kinds of appliances and brands, makes, and models. Excel also provides heating, ventilating and air conditioning services and installations to commercial and residential customers.

Nicholas Panarese of Van Vlissingen and Co., represented 661 Glenn Avenue, and the cooperating broker, Peter Balyeat of Korman Lederer and Associates represented Excel Plumbing.
