Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Relocates to The Corporate Woods

Children’s Physician Group P.C., an entity of Milwaukee-based Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, recently consolidated its Illinois operations into a new facility at 701 Woodlands Parkway, The Corporate Woods in Vernon Hills, Illinois. The 30,900 sq ft. free-standing, Class A, medical office building is located in The Corporate Woods, a business park developed by Lincolnshire Illinois-based Van Vlissingen and Co. The Corporate Woods features numerous nearby amenities including hotels, restaurants, banking, retail and a Lifetime Fitness Center. “Children’s Physician Group is a growing organization of primary care and pediatric sub-specialists who are dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of children and their families in northern Illinois,” said Larry Duncan, senior vice president of ambulatory, diagnostic and regional services for Children’s Hospital and Health System. “Our new facility in Vernon Hills will allow us to optimize our space and conditions so we can grow our operations and better serve the local community.” The tenant representative was Irgens Development Partners’ Chicago office. The building ownership was represented by Nick Panarese and Chuck Lamphere of Van Vlissingen and Co.
