They are celebrating their 40th anniversary as an industry leader in the design, engineering, sales, system integration, operation, and maintenance and field support of integrated AV/IT technologies. Charles V Des Rosiers of Cushman & Wakefield was the tenant broker. Nick Panarese of Van Vlissingen and Co. represented the building’s owners.
