Adversity Volleyball Opens in The Corporate Woods

Adversity VBC, Inc., a non-profit boys youth volleyball association, recently leased 50,784 sq. ft. at 700-710 Corporate Woods Parkway in the Corporate Woods, Vernon Hills, Illinois. This continues the Van Vlissingen team’s success streak at leasing industrial and warehouse spaces in Vernon Hills. The Adversity Volleyball Club was founded in 1997 by Mike Hulett and provides training and programs for players ranging in age from 15-18 in the north shore suburbs of Chicago. Jeffrey C. Heymann, Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented the tenant. The building’s owner was represented by Nicholas Panarese of Van Vlissingen and Co.
