The Corporate Woods is a 340-acre mixed-use project consisting of offices, office research, high tech/light industrial, and distribution space, as well as a hotel , bank and Lifetime fitness center.

The project began in 1987 and is now approximately 90% developed. To date, over 60 buildings have been completed within the park totaling in excess of 3 million square feet. This project is approximately 25% office and 75% light industrial/distribution.

Major tenants within The Corporate Woods include Paslode and Signode (divisions of ITW), Tetra Pak, Mitsubishi, ZF of North America, Zebra Technologies Corp., Fuji USA, Oil-Dri, Richard Wolfe Medical Instruments Corporation, and Household International.
