300 Tower Parkway in Lincolnshire Corporate Center has been awarded the LEED Silver certification
Lincolnshire, IL – Van Vlissingen and Co., the developers and managers of Lincolnshire Corporate Center, has been awarded the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Silver certification for its office building at 300 Tower Parkway in Lincolnshire Corporate Center, Lincolnshire, Illinois.

Chuck Lamphere, President, Van Vlissingen and Co., said, "Achieving LEED certification for this property is one very important step in our long term commitment to sustainability and to providing quality work environments within our corporate parks."

The five-story, 175,545 square foot Class A office headquarters building located in Lincolnshire, Illinois is currently being offered for lease with occupancy available in the third quarter of 2013.

Some of the sustainable and eco-friendly features of the building include a highly efficient HVAC system, MERV 13 air filtration and regular air quality testing of the indoor environment, an innovative irrigation system utilizing storm water runoff, water efficient plumbing fixtures, T-8 lighting, comprehensive recycling programs and high performance green cleaning programs. Also, environmentally friendly landscaping and pest control policies have been implemented campus-wide.

HydraForce invests in 142,000 Sq. Ft. Innovation and Technology Center at The Corporate Woods
Vernon Hills, IL – HydraForce (Lincolnshire, IL) announces major expansion plans with a 142,000 square foot Innovation and Technology Center in The Corporate Woods, Vernon Hills, Illinois. HydraForce, headquartered in Lincolnshire Corporate Center, with facilities in China and the United Kingdom, is adding the Vernon Hills facility at 700 Woodlands Parkway as its Innovation and Technology Center. HydraForce will move over 100 engineering, sales and marketing staff to the new location which will be the epicenter of the company’s product research, development, and testing efforts.

"This facility will support HydraForce’s long term commitment to optimizing quality, service, response and growth," said Jim Brizzolara, HydraForce President and CEO. LAKE ZURICH, IL - Van Vlissingen and Co. represented Schultz Brothers Real Estate in the leasing of 116,925 sq. ft. at 800 Church Street in Lake Zurich, Illinois to CTI Industries, which is a manufacturer of home storage pouches and systems, foil balloons, latex balloons, novelty items and printed and laminated films. CTI was represented by CTK Chicago Partners. The new Lake Zurich facility is one of the largest industrial leases in Lake County this year and will serve as a second location for warehousing and fulfillment activities relating to CTIs storage and balloon product lines.

Jump!Zone Leases Space in The Corporate Grove, Buffalo Grove, IL

BUFFALO GROVE, IL- Jump!Zone, a children's party and play center has leased 12,723 sq. ft. in The Corporate Grove at 1465 Busch Parkway. The facility has eight inflatables including bounce houses, play lands, giant slides and obstacle courses. Jump!Zone will organize and execute all phases of birthday parties for kids of all ages. Also offered are 'Open Play' times when parents can bring in their children for supervised play while they take advantage of the flat panel TV's and WiFi in the lounge. BioSante Pharmaceuticals expands in 111 Barclay Boulevard, Lincolnshire Corporate Center

LINCOLNSHIRE, IL-BioSante Pharmaceuticals recently expanded into over 20,000 sq. ft. of office space in 111 Barclay Boulevard in Lincolnshire Corporate Center. BioSante is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing products for female sexual health and oncology. BioSante's lead products include LibiGel® (transdermal testosterone gel) for the treatment of female sexual dysfunction (FSD) which is in Phase III clinical development under a U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Special Protocol Assessment. LINCOLNSHIRE, IL-Crossbridge Solutions, Inc. a nationwide wireless data solutions provider recently signed a 7,140 sq, ft, office lease in 300 Knightsbridge Parkway in Lincolnshire Corporate Center. In addition, Amphenol T & M Antennas, Inc. a global designer, developer and manufacturer of custom antennas, antenna assemblies and hinges for mobile and infrastructure applications will make 300 Knightsbridge its corporate office. Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Relocates to The Corporate Woods

VERNON HILLS, IL-Children's Physician Group P.C., an entity of Milwaukee-based Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, recently consolidated its Illinois operations into a new facility at 701 Woodlands Parkway, The Corporate Woods in Vernon Hills, Illinois. The 30,900 sq ft. free-standing, Class A, medical office building is located in The Corporate Woods, a business park developed by Lincolnshire Illinois-based Van Vlissingen and Co. The Corporate Woods features numerous nearby amenities including hotels, restaurants, banking, retail and a Lifetime Fitness Center. "Children's Physician Group is a growing organization of primary care and pediatric sub-specialists who are dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of children and their families in northern Illinois," said Larry Duncan, senior vice president of ambulatory, diagnostic and regional services for Children's Hospital and Health System. "Our new facility in Vernon Hills will allow us to optimize our space and conditions so we can grow our operations and better serve the local community."

VAN VLISSINGEN BREAKS GROUND ON ZF SERVICES EXPANSION

VERNON HILLS, IL - Van Vlissingen and Co. (Lincolnshire, IL), developers and managers of The Corporate Woods, Vernon Hills, broke ground on a 129,000 square-foot build-to-suit expansion for ZF Services North America - the strategic business unit of ZF Friedrichshafen AG.

When completed, the 289,000 square-foot facility will house a state-of-the-art distribution and remanufacturing center for ZF Services aftermarket operations, consolidating activities from the current distribution center in Sheffield, Ohio and bringing approximately 40 jobs into the expanded Corporate Woods location.

"Having all of our competencies, from marketing and sales, to kitting and distribution, under one roof will allow our organization to be extremely flexible in meeting our customers needs," said Tim Corcoran, President and COO, ZF Services North America. "The expansion also reflects our commitment to the region amidst the current economic situation."

Also, representing ZF in the transaction as development consultant was Illinois Property Solutions.

Van Vlissingen and Co. Closes On 2.42 acre
Van Vlissingen and Co. sold a 2.42 acre site to the entrance of The Corporate Woods at the Southwest corner of Milwaukee Avenue and Woodlands Parkway. This site is adjacent to the Homestead Village Hotel and offers safe ingress and egress with an existing traffic signal. The site was purchased by the Lincolnshire-Riverwoods Fire Protection District for a new fire station. The new station is in addition to their existing facility and allows them to better serve the northern portion of their district.

Sale of 2130 S. Foster Avenue
Van Vlissingen and Co. represented the landlord, a private owner, in the leasing of the 17,300 Sq. Ft. 2130 S. Foster Avenue building in Wheeling. California Closets, the manufacturer of closet organizers, leased the building to address relocation needs and the production of its new product line. Eric Fisher of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant.

USG Corp Leases in The Corporate Woods
USG Corp. leased 17,868 Sq. Ft. within the 950-990 Corporate Woods Parkway, The Corporate Woods, Vernon Hills facility. The facility is an expansion of USG's research and development department within their suspended ceiling/grid systems product line. The facility allowed USG to procure a high end R&D facility while still effectively while still effectively servicing their headquarters in Libertyville. Van Vlissingen and Co. represented the landlord, Corporate Woods Associated LLC and USG was represented by Mike Bishop of Equis.
